Artikel has a 14-day return policy on standard size items (XS, S, M, L, XL, XL), from the day you get your order delivered.
Items ordered with custom adjustments are produced specially for your body proportions and are not exchangeable or refundable.
Return or Exchange expenses are covered by the buyer. We strongly recommend that your return shipment has a tracking number. The package should be sent to the following address*:

*Please remember to write your reference number and “RETURN” on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter.
All items are to be returned in their original condition with hangtags still attached on the clothes.
Artikel ApS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria. If the customer does not agree with ARTIKELKBH.COM's handling of the cancellation right, and the customer cannot find an amicable solution with ARTIKELKBH.COM, the customer can complain about the Center for Complaints Resolution if the conditions for this are fulfilled (see www.forbrug.dk).
When using the right of withdrawal, reasonable costs will also be refunded. The total amount will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of notice. ARTIKELKBH.COM may, however, withhold the refund until the item is received, or until the customer has submitted documentation to return the item, whichever is earlier. If the customer wants to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. When ARTIKELKBH.COM receives the returned product, the goods are refunded.
All products on ARTIKELKBH.COM come with a two-year warranty from the day the item is received. This warranty only covers manufacturing related errors. We gladly repair holes in the clothes due to wear and tear from ordinary use, but this issue is not covered by any warranty and we reserve the right to refuse such a case.
To know more about your warranty, please contact customer service at the website chat or contact@artikelkbh.com or visit us at the physical store. Include order number, photos of the claim area, a description of the claim and, if applicable, description of how the error occurred. Our suppliers handle warranty conditions in various ways. We will do our best to get your claim dealt with as soon as possible.

Artikel Store sends orders with PostNord and GLS.
All packages are insured and have a tracking number, so the package can be traced. When an order is sent, a tracking number to your package will be sent to your e-mail. In some cases this mail can be caught by your junk filter, so please check before contacting us. Free delivery campaigns will be activated when you check out.

Every order is treated as fast as possible, but most of our products are made-to-order customers should expect a production time up to 2-3 weeks.
This accounts both for standard sizes and made-to-measure. If the item is finished before, it will be sent directly.
We will contact the customer when the package is sent, and subsequently, normal delivery time should be expected:

Europe: Within 4 working days
